Do you think that as individuals we will ever dispel all of our fears?
Hmmm…I doubt it. But what we can do is begin to learn how to manage our fears and not let them run our lives.
We can learn to work through our fears and not let them get the best of us.
Pushing ourselves to live our best lives, despite having fears.
And letting go of fears that no longer serve us.
Living a rich life and not letting fear be the central focus of that life.
Freeing ourselves from the clutching grip of fear, allowing us to flourish and live the lives that we dream of.
Now that’s a life worth living.

For me, I’m not so sure it is fear of failing. It is fear of the perceived judgement of others.
I feel so exposed when I put things out into the public eye. What if they won’t like or accept me?

Play it out, Shari…what if they don’t? Then what will happen? What’s the worst-case scenario?
It’s so uncomfortable to think of others not liking or accepting us. But I think that means that we need more acceptance from ourselves.
Perhaps you need to remind yourself of how perfectly AWESOME you are, Shari!
Warmly,
Andrea

Shari, Who cares what everyone else thinks? Yes, easier said than done. We all experience this. However, there will always be nay-sayers in every aspect of your life. Love yourself and do what comes from your heart, nothing else will matter.
