Connection. That weird and amazing thing we sometimes feel with another human being. That feeling like you’ve known them forever, or perhaps that there’s something special between the two of you.
But connection doesn’t happen with just anyone. That seems to be part of what makes it special.
And it’s not just a romantic thing. Just about any two people can discover they have an amazing connection.
But on the flip side, sometimes you just don’t have a connection with someone. You may care about a person, you may even love them, but there may just not be that connection. Maybe it’s just not the right time. Or maybe you will just never have a true connection with certain people.
It’s important to get OK with the fact that you may not have a connection with all people.
And don’t make it more complicated than it needs to be.
Nurture the meaningful connections in your life and don’t worry so much about the folks you don’t have a connection with.
Life is too short to force it. And it’s also too short to not nurture the meaningful connections in your life.
So get out there and enjoy the people who mean something to you.

So are you connected to Mika Brzezinski or did you just use a photo of her legs?

Good advise——soooooooooooooo true. Too many of us spend to much time, energy and also feeling guilty and sad not being able to have that connection with someone you care or love—-we just need to let it go and enjoy the ones we have.
