Stop it.
Cut yourself some slack.
Everybody’s busy. Most people are doing too much these days. So take a breather. Maybe “they” are going to think you’re being lazy or maybe “they” already think you need to slow down.
Who cares what “they” think?
Stop worrying about what other people think and cut yourself some slack.
And if that sounds scary to you, then you *really* need to do it.
Just slow down and cut yourself some slack.
