I’ve noticed that the more I fill my life with good things, the less time I spend complaining. It’s an easy formula.
More goodness = Less time for complaining
However, it is the holiday season and many of us are short on cash. But goodness doesn’t have to cost anything. It’s a couple of moments shared with a friend or taking a few minutes to just sit and do nothing – decompress. Or perhaps a visit to a local museum on the day they offer free admission. Or a walk in the park. Or just sleeping late on the weekend.
Whatever goodness means to you, sprinkle a little across your life.
Little by little, begin to fill your life with goodness.
Then one day you’ll wake up and realize you have a rich life, full of wonders.

Live what you love. For all the give, give, giving we (moms, wives, workers) do, we’ve gotta fit in some live, live living. I’m all for giving everyone else what they need, but know that the fine art of pacing is pure magic. Take time for ‘me’ time – and you are right, that does not have to mean money, but just find what refuels you regularly: a great recipe, a library trip for quiet and calm-and a good read, or connect with friends who love to laugh! Yep, fill your life — as always, awesome blog writers, another perfectly-timed pre holiday post…THANKS!
