1. Accept that you really are awesome

3. Silence the demons

Or give a buck to a homeless person, even if you think they’ll spend it on booze. You get the idea. Doing something nice for someone else will make you feel all warm and fuzzy and awesome inside.
5. Tell someone else they’re awesome
Share the love and tell someone else why you think they’re awesome. You’ll be amazed at how your awesomeness quotient increases when you tell someone the ways you think they’re special. They’ll feel all warm and mushy and awesome inside and so will you.
